Membership : Updates

New Members:
At the February 18, 2009 EPRU Meeting, Albright College Women, Penn State-Berks and York & Lancaster Thorns Women were admitted as Full Members.

Hibernian Men were admitted as Associate Members.

Haverford College Men were approved as Full Members on March 15, 2010.

As of April 1, 2009, Rutgers University Men (A & B sides only) have transferred to the EPRU from Met NY. Their C side will remain in Met NY.

Dropped from EPRU Membership:
York White Rose Men, York Women and Penn State-Delco have been dropped from EPRU Membership. These teams must apply for Recognized Membership should they re-form.

Resigned from EPRU Membership:
Jefferson Medical resigned from EPRU Membership as of September 1, 2001. Dickinson School of Law resigned from EPRU Membership as of January 1, 2007. Carlisle Women and Lehigh Valley Women have folded as of January 1, 2008.

Transfers:
Keystone RFC have been approved to transfer to the New York State Rugby Conference effective January 1, 2003.

Princeton University Men have transferred to the Metropolitan New York (Met NY) Rugby Union as of June 6, 2009.

Lehigh Valley U-19 Boys have transferred to Met NY as of January, 2010.

Not Members:
Muhlenberg College Men are not members of the EPRU and EPRU teams are not permitted to schedule, scrimmage or play them. This include tournaments. Tournament hosts are not permitted to invite teams who are not Members in Good Standing of the EPRU or any other Local Area Union. Click for more membership information.
